Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within Pakistan.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or lost during shipping, please contact our support team at support@sivanna.com.pk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain items, such as sale items or personal care products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
